Damn freakin hate constipation!! I will usually get this when I don't have a good sleep and screw up my biological clock. I even pray to get the shit out from my body.Luckily got this diet plum, from Joyce, and its called the Kenko Diet Plum. Sounds like a Japanese name for me. Dunno where izit from... But its damn freakin powerful to twist your intestine that make you feel like stampedes stomping in your stomach and you are creating a nice stinky Niagra fall in the toilet bowl. And I only consume 2 of it..
For those who have constipation, below are the info of product that I would like to share with you.
KENKO DIET PLUM:
Ingredients: Natural Organic Plum, Lactic Acid Bacteria, Enzymes, Chitosan, Ashitaba, Essence of Pu-er Tea.
Usage:
1. Take 2-4 plums per time for adults, reduce quantity for children. Consume 6 days continuously and stop for one day.
2. It is recommended to consume 4 plums after dinner for the first time. Peristalsis will occur within 4-8 hours resulting the increase of bowel movement and tightening of stomach muscle. Increasing of bowel movement and excretion of faeces is an usual outcome.
3. Pregnant woman, children under 3 years old and those with weak constitution are not recommeded to consume Kenko Diet Plum.

okay that can be considered as Detox as well. but eating too much won't do you any good. words from future nutritionist.

I have searched all over the net like what u did now for further research. Same here, no results. But I can try to find out from the pharmacy that I used to go. They used to sell it and probably get it from Japan. Btw, u hav a nice blog. hehe.
