I received lots of called recently, mostly from Fatness First, Curryfobia Fitness etc. I do not know who give out my name and contact number to them. Whoever it is, go get a life.They are damn freakin' irritating. When they start to intro themselves as what they are, (mostly received call when Im watching movie) I will load in my "yamateh" downloaded movie, tune to maximum level of volume, both pc and handphone. and let them listen to "The Sound of Making Love".
I want them to get excited and get a better life, I want them to realize that having sex can also burn fat. Why pay money for gym?

yea, make love can burn calories.
but the fact is,
you don't make love 3 times a week,
30 mins everytime,
and u aint sure ur pulse goes 130/min...
which are the basics of exercise to burn calories.
incase you don't really make love that much as above,go gym, bak. or atleast, go jog.

Exercise is fine for me, but paying money for gym is total crap. Why not save money to get wife as long term investment. At that moment, I could be able to do it 7 times per week, 15 minutes everytime is more than enough. + She might cook for me.
Anyway, I just don't like the way telemarketers who actually work so hard to get people into the gym buisness. Not that I don't like to gym. Hehehe.
