Blue Screen Maniac

七仔的MV终于告一段落。严格来说，筹备的时间，只有两三天，最终只有30％的画面是我脑海里想像的，如果有更多时间，应该可以用 Invisible Transition，把它弄得更完美。

感谢阿润第一天帮我direct微微 （看到她，真的想不到东西），面临瓶颈时，Joe所给的高见，黄玉君挤牛奶的Idea（虽然没用到，但超爱这Idea）Lucent累得要死却驾着Dmax载我绕KL帮忙拍墙壁，对，就只是拍墙壁。还有Kirk 的 kirking 及七仔的十二条某里，Arigatoh！

接下来就是翻滚不好玩的日子了。真的有够他妈的难挨。。。

Towards Perfection

Still missed those sleepless night in college.

现在，有心无力了。在公司 backup port-folio 时, 看回我五年前的作品，有点惊讶，那时侯的烂臭电脑与水皮技巧，我到底是如何在短时间内把它给呕出来？ 忘了，反正已经对 3d 没什么太大的兴趣。还是摄影好玩！

在这一行，我还能挨多久？

不懂，反正喜欢逗留在这自由空间里，在其它地方找不到的自由空间，它就是八度空间。

很讨厌公司的人把 Opening Sequence 称为 Montage。两个本来就是不一样的东西，Montage 是综合画的构成，或者是将一连串的镜头加以选择编排的手法，是一个很简单，很骗吃的做法。可能电视台根本不在乎这些名词，但我还是认为 montage 这字眼，真的有够他妈的难听。

依然那么讨厌剪接，不。应该是说憎恨剪接。 Resumé 里从来没写过我会剪接。很害怕自己变机械化，把我与创意给隔绝。剪接，把我埋葬了。

很遗憾，当初不扮蠢。。。

Hands Free

Don't know since when I like to take picture of hand. People may have their own thoughts of doing something extraordinary or even a small action like scratching their head or tapping their fingers while waiting their just fall in love so-called girl friend shopping in the mall, I just never stop looking at others hand that make these tiny little action that will lead to another consequences, but without hands, thoughts were nothing.

Kids, always curious about their surroundings. My mom always told me that I used to play with my own poops, just that I do not know either I've taste it yet.

This is my hand, picture taken by Lucent.  Thought this picture is kind of nice. Driving from Kedah back to KL with my energy booster, yeah rite, sort of.

Picture took in Sg Lembing while waiting our guide to pick us up. We rest beside the river, few girls started to pick up pebbles and artfully turn them into a pebbles tower.

I always thought that Charlie has a nice hand.

Nothing particular here, I just like the chiaroscuro lighting showing the contrast between light and shadow for this picture, and Lucent, is chiaroscuro, not cholesterol. Hope you learn your lesson. Damn! Suddenly I started to miss my visual culture class, which I always fell asleep in the class.

S.T.U.D. photography group founded

This is the day when STUD (Shoot Till U Die) photographer group was founded.

We share our skill, our knowledge, our experience and most of all, our ideas together.

This is the one who insist to use STUD as the name for our group.

We break the rules and no boundaries to limit us.

We try to make ourself as primitive as possible.

Enough of STUD crap, time to be serious again.

Suddenly out of nowhere, lots of Taiwanese visitors stomp into this sacred holy place called Batu Caves.

The pink devil that bullied monkeys who being stopped by his father.

Abstract? Nah.. Is just a term where artist are out of words to describe their works. 

Again.. monkey snatched away my hundred plus.

Behold the mighty little Kong that rules Batu Caves.

Is a wrap. Next trip, erm.. any suggestion? Anyone?

Journey to the Middle East

Staying in office is such a pain in the ass. I feel sorry for it. 

Although we encountered rainy days quite couple of times.

But the spirit held within us is strong enough to continue our journey.

STUD 给人 Shoot 回？

After Primeworks took over, it seems to be a lot of changes in our working environment and production management. 

Due to the reason that we do not fully utilize our editing machine, producers have to come out with a proper time-slot booking system for editing suite to be used by anyone who works in Primeworks (formerly all the machine were used only by 8tv staff),which I think is acceptable and reasonable for TV station to operate like this.

Yesterday, Producers were to be having meeting with all the editors and discuss the issues of the subject matter above. What really disappoint me was the meeting before the confidential among producers meeting was, someone backstab me for what I said:

" Being late for sending tape? So...?"

Here's the deal, when editors are about to follow the production schedules, which were carefully planned by each producer for each programme. Things will always be on time if there were no interruption. In my case, my group already have a proper planning for production schedule which Im really happy with it moreover we still in control in terms of time constrain. But things do change when it comes lack of man power and some of my team members were being assign to another programme before the show we currently working on still haven't come to an end. In the end, it happens to be just me who do all the work. What really pissed me off is, for crying out loud, one of my team member still haven't start shooting for the upcoming season of the show he assigned for, lepak for 2 weeks in office without doing anything, supposedly he can still do what he meant to do before being assign to another programme. 

Seriously, I have no objection against the time slot booking system for the used of editing machine. But if the above situation happened again. Will the time slot booking system works? Just that the lack of skill for managing people really make me want to say this again with my furrow eyebrow:

"Being late for sending tape again? So...???"

ps/: When in the meeting, most of the producers were looking at me and Cyuan like some sort of criminals who always create problems for them. If we have no problem, that means we have a lot. Thats what I can say... for now....

Seoul Protest

It's been awhile since I finished project Hi Seoul together with Majie, Billy and Yee Lee. Stay in Seoul for 3 weeks sounds fun, but staying in hotel doing editing job all day long really make me want to hang myself to the ceiling fan and strangle myself to death, some-more I felt sick for few days once I reached Seoul because of the terrible weather. But there were still exciting moments for me even though I stayed in hotel. One night, I joined the Koreans and protest together, cause if I do that in Malaysia, I would be locked up in jail and being interrogate by ISA. This is my first and the last chance to protest, in foreign country. Wooohooo....

This happened near the hotel I'm staying. Took my camera and rush to the location.

Even though I lived 13th floor above the ground, I still can hear the protestors cheer leading.

One thing I like about Korean is they happened to be very unite. Compare to Malaysian, still out of place. Parents would bring along their children and march along with others.

Yee Lee told me that their government had too many concessions in the accord and that it does not include strict enough quarantine restrictions to protect against mad cow disease.

They even got their own protest song, which I don't understand at all.

It was a peaceful protest.

I thought I could get a better view from my hotel rooftop. Together with 2 reporters, they used my access card for the lift and followed me to the rooftop to snap this historical images. In the lift, looking at their DSLR with great lenses really makes my Canon 350D looks bad.

The protestors marched through the capital until the early hours of the morning .

Protestors gravitating towards areas of high foot traffic.

Believe me, this really works... People VS traffic.

Anyway, I'm glad that I'm still alive after the protest and having great meal from 7-11 everyday when I was sick. Great moment and experience while doing "Hi Seoul".

早上五点Call time, 到了 Time Square 大门口，每人都个忙个的。

豪哥和思源不懂在搞什么。

无神却有气质的女人，是我在八度空间最欣赏的女人，只可惜投错胎在男儿身。

我的一堆同事兼傻海。

Erm.. How come the audience facing the other side? I thought I was the only cameraman in front of the stage.

This is what I called Producer.  The one who really knows everything and every details that he should know in every aspect of production. Respect!

Sometimes and somehow I think of Yoon as Politician, cause she can really talk craps. Respect!

She might annoyed you in someway yet she's a kind hearted girl I ever known in 8tv. 

At least, 她比别人来得真诚！

A girl came out from nowhere asked me where can she put the snakes  and request some cool area to place them. I didn't know we have snake show until this uncle appeared holding buckets of snakes in his hands. That girl might probably be his granddaughter or daughter.

Snake has become one of his lifestyle.

Swallowing the whole snake until it reached his stomach. I pity the snake.

No snake, no life. 

Above was just the appetizer, here come the main dish.

Putting King Cobra into his mouth is wicked sick.

Apparently the cobra will release the venom when it was place  into his mouth.

I don't know how it felt when your taste bud come in contact with the venom.

From his expression, priceless... 

Purely insane...
